We advice sellers to keep their properties uncluttered, well decorated and airy. Gives buyers a good feel and impression of them living there.

Through Research Bathrooms & Kitchens Are Good Selling Points
Through research from website portals and associate agents, Kitchens and Bathrooms are good selling points for any property, so if you have a little bit of a budget to fix the kitchen or bathroom, then we advice this to be done. Otherwise, keep you existing kitchen and bathroom clean.

Be Realistic About The Sale Price
We will be very 'honest & upfront' if your property is realistically price to sell. We will research over the pass months and years on current sales in your area to determine what price would be marketable. We make no fee if we do not sell your property, so it is in our best interest to be realistic about the price. As much as you want to maximise the full sale price, you also mustn't be greedy with what you make out of selling your own property. The main thing is that you're not making a loss! unless your circumstances are different.
